Presence Studio
These Terms govern use of Presence Studio, a Mac application by OpenPurpose.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use Studio on Macs you control, for your organization’s services.
Studio is currently free while in beta. Beta software may change or have issues; use it accordingly.
Paid plans will be billed through Paystack, and we will give notice before any charge.
Do not resell, reverse-engineer, or remove notices from the app.
The words, media, camera feeds and lighting you use stay yours and run locally. We claim no rights to them.
Studio works with cameras, Philips Hue and DMX fixtures you provide; those are governed by their makers’ own terms.
Studio is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect loss, and total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three months (nil during beta).
We may end a licence that breaches these Terms; you may stop using Studio at any time. We may update these Terms, which are governed by the laws of Ghana. Contact: hello@presencepass.com.
