Presence Studio
Presence Studio (“Studio”) is a Mac application by OpenPurpose for running the words, cameras and lights of a live service. This policy explains how it handles personal information.
Studio runs on your Mac and your local network. Your slides, lyrics, camera feeds and lighting run on your own machine and are not sent to us.
An account and licence (your email and licence key) and basic diagnostics needed to deliver updates and support. We do not receive your service content, camera video or media library.
Phone cameras connect to Studio over your local network, and that video stays on your network.
When Studio is paid, licensing is handled through Paystack. Card and Mobile Money credentials never reach us.
Google Firebase (accounts and licensing), Paystack (payments) and Resend (email). We do not sell personal information.
Account and licence data is kept while your licence is active. Connections are encrypted and licences are signed.
To access or delete your account data, contact us. Studio is operated by adults on behalf of an organization. We post any changes here. Contact: privacy@presencepass.com.
